How would you like to experience dinner close to the stars in the sky? Well, we are not talking about an open field picnic type of dinner – what we are really trying to suggest is booking a dinner on the 52nd floor of the Skywalk Observatory and bringing your date for a romantic dinner atop one of the highest building in Boston and don’t forget to charter a bus to take you and your date to the lovely restaurant too!
As the one and only observatory in New England, the Skywalk Observatory is located on the 50th of the Prudential Center and the Top of the Hub restaurant is located on the 52nd floor. When you arrive at the Prudential Center in your Boston chartered bus, do remember to let your Boston chartered bus driver know what time to pick you up – you may want to spend at least a couple of hours visiting the Skywalk Observatory before you go up higher for dinner with your date.
The Skywalk Observatory provides an almost eagle’s eye view of Greater Boston and beyond. It is open daily but if you wish to have dinner at the Top of the Hub restaurant, you will need to make prior reservations, so be sure to do so before you make your way there to avoid disappointment. This is due to the reason that the restaurant is sometimes booked for Boston charter bus private functions and will not serve walk in guests during such times.
Other than giving guests a sky-high viewpoint of the city, the Skywalk Observatory is also a place for special events such as weddings, cocktail receptions and corporate gala dinners. While the Top of the Hub restaurant can only cater to about a maximum of sixty guests at any one time, the Skywalk Observatory can cater up to six hundred guests for a sit down dinner or up to a thousand people for cocktail parties.
As mentioned earlier, the Skywalk Observatory is open daily, and from now until October 31, it is open from 10am till 10pm with the last elevator leaving at 9.30pm, while in the winter, they are open only from 10am till 8pm daily. Give yourself at least a couple of hours to enjoy the bus charter Boston tour around the observatory and enjoy the beautiful sky high view before proceeding to dinner, so that you do not have to rush through your tour or rush through dinner in order to get back on your waiting chartered bus to go home.
