A fine time in Boston on a Charter Bus

Boston ranks as a center of culture, entertainment, fine dining and shopping, as well as a hub for nightlife. The theater district pulses with nationally renown as well as local entertainment. Boston's museums offer cultural and scientific experiences, and you'll find outdoor events and adventures in abundance in Massachusetts' largest city and capital. Discover Boston with a bus, coach bus, party bus, mini bus, passenger coach or school bus chartered from Bus Charter Boston, and have a fine time in this historic city.

The New England Aquarium sits on the water's edge at Boston Harbor and offers Boston charter bus visitors nearly an entire day's worth of excitement and intrigue. Featuring three floors of tanks exhibiting tropical fish, sea turtles, sharks and other sea life, the museum also offers a touch tank. The puffin exhibit amuses visitors of all ages, and the sea lion show, held a few times daily, will make you laugh. Educational and entertaining, you can also eat there and peruse the ample gift shop for trinkets to bring home. If you stay at the aquarium until evening, you can take a ride on one of Boston Duck Tours amphibious vehicles. The 55-minute evening tours leave the aquarium and take in 22 attractions throughout the city. The tour guides are entertaining and the ride itself is a blast that culminates with a giant splash into the Charles River, affording charter bus passengers beautiful views of both the Boston and Cambridge night skylines.

If you enjoy upscale shopping, good food and eclectic entertainment, then a few hours spent at Boston's Faneuil Hall Marketplace is for you. A collection of five buildings on a brick and stone plaza give the place the Colonial look that characterizes Boston. Outside you'll enjoy occasional musicians, street dancers, magicians and balloon artists. Charter bus diners can enjoy some fresh shucked oysters on the half shell or some authentic New England clam chowder. If you like history, you'll want to walk Boston's Freedom Trail that recounts about two-and-a-half-centuries' worth of Boston and United States history. Guided and self-guided walking tours are available, as well as trolley tours. Sixteen historical sites make the list on this tour, which takes between two and three hours.

The Museum of Fine Art in Boston, considered by charter bus visitors to be one of the world's great art museums, boasts an incredible exhibit of Impressionist paintings that includes one of the largest collection of painting by Monet outside of Paris. In addition, the museum features medieval sculptures, tapestries, Asian and Old Kingdom Egyptian collections, classical art and Buddhist Temple art. Boston's Museum of Science makes learning so much fun, you'll lose sight of the fact that the 500 or so exhibits have educational value. In addition to the exhibits, the museum features a state-of-the-art planetarium and an IMAX theater. Tickets for the theater and planetarium require separate admission from the exhibits, but the museum does offer ticket packages for charter bus groups.
